N채en selgelt kahte suunda. 횥helt poolt on coaching professionaliseerumas – coachid koonduvad 체hingutesse, v채lja천pe muutub oluliseks. Teiselt poolt on coaching minemas organisatsioonidesse sisse. 횥he paralleelina meenutab praegune protsess mulle aega, millal 20 a tagasi alustasin koolitajana. Tegin noore koolitajana v채ga palju m체체gi ja teeninduskoolitusi. Ikka v채ga palju 윒 Kuid millalgi see aeg sai l채bi…. J채rjest enam hakkasid organisatsioonides samalaadseid koolitusi tegema sisekoolitajad. Nii oli m천istlikum ja soodsam organisatsioonile. Praegu on suurtes ettev천tetes sisekoolitusosakonnad ja see on tavap채rane praktika. Samalaadset tendentsi n채itavad v채rsked uuringud maailmas coachingu kohta.혻V채rske 2014.a 혻ICF ja HCI organisatsioonisisese coachingu kasutamise uuring n채itab, et 50% k체sitletud organisatsioonidest kasutab sisemisi coach-e ning 82% organisatsioonidest kasutavad juhid coachingu oskusi.

Olen ennast v채rskendanud coachingu ja supervisiooni vallas p채ris j천udsasti:) Augustis toimus Horvaatias Zadari 횥likoolis supervisiooni ja coachingu konverents, kus ma koos kolleegidega viisin l채bi t철철toa, mis jagas kogemusi rahvusvahelisest coachide ja superviisorite grupist, kus olen 2008.aastast osalenud. Lisaks kaardistasime t철철toas coachingu ja supervisiooni meetodeid konfliktide lahendamiseks. Septembris toimus Bulgaarias Sofia l채histel selle sama grupiga kohtumine, kus vahetasime uusi meetodeid coachingust ja supervisioonist ning lahendasime juhtumeid.

Jagan teiega Huvitava Kooli poolt tehtud 체levaadet 19.mail 2015 toimunud haridusvaldkonna supervisiooni ja coachingu p채evast. See p채ev oli 체ks osa suuremast protsessist, kus ca 1,5 aasta jooksul kohtusime regulaarselt hariduselu v천tmeisikutega – 체likoolide, kohaliku omavalitsuse, koolijuhtide, 천petajate organisatsioonide, Innove, HTM ja Eesti Supervisiooni ja Coachingu 횥hingu (ESC횥) esindajatega. Protsessi juhtis 5-liikmeline ESC횥 meeskond. 혻T채nud teile Katrin, Sigrid, Karin ja Kreet erakordse koost철철 eest! 19.mai p채eva juhtisid Signe Vesso ja Katrin Aava.

Kooliuuendused viiakse ellu supervisiooni ja coachingu toel

Supervisioonip채eva 얤uidas koost철철s haridusstrateegia ellu viia? osalisi tervitas Tallinna 횥likooli Mare maja aatriumi p천randale kujutatud lille천is, kus k천ik hariduse sidusr체hmad 천pilased, 천petajad, koolijuhid, lapsevanemad, kohaliku omavalitsuse, Innove, Tartu ja Tallinna 체likoolide ning Haridus- ja Teadusministeeriumi esindajad leidsid omale 천ielehe. Lille천ie keskele v천tsid koha혻Eesti Supervisiooni ja Coachingu 횥hingu혻(ESC횥) superviisorid, kes kogu p채eva arutelusid juhtisid.

P채eva esimeses arutelus jagati omavahel viimase aja edulugusid hariduses ning t천deti, et neid on palju. R채채giti n채iteks 천petaja muutuvast rollist ja liikumisest ainekeskselt 천petamiselt 천pilasekeskseks. Toodi esile Kivi천li I Keskkooli h채id koost철철praktikaid Ettev천tliku Kooli ja Noored Kooli algatustega, mille tulemused v채ljenduvad t채naseks ettev천tlikes 천pilastes, kes on algatanud mitmeid kogukondlikke ja 체le-Eestilisi projekte, mis aitavad kaasa kohaliku elu edenemisele. Nenditi, et igas maakonnas asuvad Rajaleidja keskused ning Tallinna ja Tartu 횥likoolid pakuvad koolidele tuge muutunud 천pik채situse rakendamisel. Kinnitati, et koost철철 erinevate hariduse osapoolte vahel on tihenenud ning koolid muutuvad j채rjest avatumaks.

Hariduse edulugusid jagades r채채giti palju erinevatest algatustest, mis aitavad koolidel muutunud 천pik채situst rakendada ning 체ht neist 벬Vaikuseminutite algatust혻 oli k천igil v천imalus kohapeal ka kogeda. Ps체hholoog ja terapeut Helena V채ljaste r채채kis Vaikuseminutite eesm채rgist 천petada nii lastele kui t채iskasvanutele oskusi, mis aitavad t채nap채eva inforohkes keskkonnas oma t채helepanu juhtida, keskenduda ja elus ette tulevate pingetega iseseisvalt toime tulla. Tema juhendamisel prooviti l채bi m천ned lihtsad keskendumis- ja l천dvestusharjutused ning kogeti, kuidas m채rgata enda tundeid, m천tteid ja enesetunnet.

P채eva teise poole arutelud toimusid koolide meeskondades, kus koolijuht, 천petajate ja 천pilaste ning lapsevanemate esindajad arutasid koos Rajaleidja keskuse spetsialisti, kohaliku omavalitsuse ja 체likooli esindajatega, milline v천iks nende kool olla viie aasta p채rast, kui muutunud 천pik채situs on rakendunud. 횥hiselt lepiti kokku, kuidas koos tugi- ja koost철철v천rgustikega oma eesm채rke saavutada.

Milleks supervisioonip채ev?혻 Supervisioonip채eval osalenud kogesid, kuidas supervisiooni ja coachingu meetodid toetavad tegevuste eesm채rgistamist ja probleemide lahendamist ning teadlikku ja koost철ist arutelu. Seekordne kohtumine polnud aga sugugi esimene m철철dunud aasta oktoobris toimus 1. supervisioonip채ev, kus toimusid t철철toad ja t철철tati v채lja tegevuskavad. Alates sellest ajast on koos k채inud ka pilootgrupid, kus on toimunud nii koolijuhtide supervisioon kui ka koolide meeskondade toetamine eesm채rkide saavutamiseks.

ESC횥 ja Tallinna 횥likooli poolt algatatud protsess on kujundatud haridusstrateegia ellurakendamise toetamiseks, et suurendada erinevate osapoolte koost철철d, kellest s천ltub muutunud 천pik채situse reaalne rakendamine. Hariduss체steemis supervisiooni ja coachingu kasutusele v천tmine aitab j채tkusuutlikult ellu viia strateegilised muutused, et koolis oleks hea 천ppida ning 천petada, usuvad algatuse eestvedajad. 얮ajun tugevalt, et eesti haridus on v채rskete energiate tuules! 체tles ESC횥 superviisor Sigrid Melts p채eva kokkuv천tteks.

Maikuu on rahvusvaheline coachingu kuu. Seoses sellega olen ka mina olnud 혻mitmetel viisidel just coachinguga l채hedalt seotud. 횥ks olulisi s체ndmusi oli 혻 superviisorite ja coachide v채lja천ppe sessioon Nelij채rvel. Kuna ISCI-s 천pib praegu juba kaks lendu, siis otsustasime luua traditsiooni 체hissessiooniks, mis pakub osalejatele mitmekesiseid v천imalusi. Saime kogeda t철철d suures grupis ja v채ikestes gruppides. Oli 채채rmiselt s체gav, t채henduslik ja elamuslik sessioon. Olen t채nulik, et saan olla 천ppej천uks niiv천rd k체psetele ja lahedatele inimestele.

Viisin l채bi uuringu 2009.a. ja 2010.a. , kus uurisin grupi coachingu m천ju juhtidele.

muudatuste juhtimineJuhtide tulemused olid 2010.a. paremad. Uurisin ka usalduse m천ju tulemustele ning siin ilmnes tugev seos. Nendes meeskondades, kus usaldust hinnati k천rgemalt saavutas juht k천rgemad tulemused.

Signe: “Supervisioon ja coaching on m천lemad inimeste ja organisatsiooni arengut toetavad meetodid. Supervisioon pakub toetust neile, kes toetavad ja aitavad iga p채ev teisi inimesi, kes t철철tavad keerulistes valdkondades ja vajavad seet천ttu ka ise n천ustamist. N채iteks juhid, 천petajad, sotsiaalvaldkonna ja tervishoiu t철철tajad.

Teine oluline teema supervisioonis on toetada muudatuste elluviimist.”

Coachingu m천iste on aga tulnud spordimaailmast. Tennisetreener Timothy Gallwey uskus, et sportlase kaalukaim vastane on tema enda peas, mitte teisel pool v천rku. 얚oaching aitab leida lahendusi ja teostada neid viisil, mis on sobivam just sellele inimesele. Fookuses on tulemuslikkuse treenimine.”

Organisatsiooni ja meeskonna superviisori ja coachina on Signe muutuste toetamise protsessis justkui erapooletu k천rvalvaataja. “S체steemis sees olles on raske teha suuri muudatusi ja vahel tuleb selleks esmalt ennast muuta. Kui teeme kogu aeg samu asju, ei tasu imestada, et saame samasuguseid tulemusi.”

Signe s천nastab oma rolli nii: “Aitan algatada organisatsioonis muudatusi ja neid ellu viia. Aitan n채ha olemasolevaid ressursse, mis toetavad eesm채rkide saavutamist. Aitan kaardistada takistusi, mis segavad eesm채rkidenij천udmist. Aitan meeskonna liikmeil omavahel l채bi r채채kida, dialoogi pidada ja motivatsiooni leida, lahendada raskeid situatsioone.”

K천igepealt saab Signe kokku organisatsiooni juhiga. “Kaardistame koos praeguse olukorra. Vaatame 체le, mis on missioon, visioon ja eesm채rgid. Mis on see julge unistus, mille nimel me koost철철 algas? Mida ja miks tahetakse saavutada?혻 Kuidas selle poole liikuda? Mis takistab?

Juhilt ootan tagasisidet, kuidas tema seda k천ike n채eb, mida pakub lahendusteks, millisteks muutusteks ta on valmis, kui palju on n천us panustama, keda kaasama?

Signe s천nul ei s체nni sel moel j채ik tegevuskava, vaid muutuv ja t채ienev, reaalsusega koosk천las olev plaan. 얤ohtume osalejatega kokkulepitud arv kordi (enamasti 6-10 korda), teeme valikuid ja otsuseid, n철. tegevusplaani kes, mida teeb, mis kuup채evaks. Hiljem kaardistame, mis on tehtud. Mis on l채inud h채sti? Kui palju oleme unistuste pooleliikunud? Pilk on kogu aeg eesm채rgil kas see on j채tkuvalt p채evakorral

M천istagi on see pikk periood, mille jooksul v천ivad asjaolud kiiresti muutuda, inimesed minna ja tulla ning lahenduste leidmine olla keerukas. Signe nimetab oma rollina lahenduste leidja 체lesannet: 얦a ei 체tle, et mida ja kuidas teha, vaid kuulan ja k체sin, juhin protsessi. Aitan meeskonnal teadvustada valikuid ja teha otsuseid, kuid ei otsusta nende eest. Oleme koos kulgejad, 체hise n채gemuse loojad. Aitan unistusti teoks teha.”
